Courtney Reitman-Deinlein, President
Courtney Reitman-Deinlein is the Owner of CRD Family Wealth Advisory, LLC. As a certified public accountant, she has over 25 years of experience providing income tax and wealth planning services to family business owners, family offices and high net worth individuals. Her passion is working with families to create tailored planning structures that meet both current and long-term goals and objectives. She’s a Thomas More College graduate and is a lifelong resident of greater Cincinnati with her husband Scott and son Ethan.
Kari Armbruster, Vice President
Kari Armbruster is the Founder and CEO of Armbruster Impact Management. Prior to starting her own firm, Kari was the Zero Waste Project Manager for The Kroger Company. Prior to working for Kroger, Kari spent time at Cincinnati city hall and was involved in many local political campaigns. She graduated from Xavier University and lives in Mt. Washington with her husband and three children.
Geoff Leder, Secretary
Geoff Leder is a Partner at KMK Law. He attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2005 , graduating with a Doctor of Law.
Jamie Turner, Treasurer
Jamie Turner is the Senior Project Accounting Manager at Triversity Construction, where she is responsible for leading the project accounting team, providing financial leadership and working closely with operations to deliver positive results. As a senior leader, she actively participates in Triversity's strategy, driving process improvement and career development of team members. She is a proud graduate of Northern Kentucky University and lives in Northern Kentucky with her husband and two children.
Ted Fitz, Executive Committee
Ted Fitz is the Vice President of Research and Development at the Gorilla Glue Company, where he is responsible for supporting global innovation and growth across the company’s entire brand portfolio. He graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering in 2000. After graduation he moved back to his hometown of Cincinnati to work for Procter & Gamble for 15 years, before joining Gorilla Glue in 2015.
Danielle Gentry-Barth, Executive Committee
Danielle is the Vice President of Agency Advancement and Veteran Services for Easterseals Redwood. She started at Easterseals in 2016 after a fundraising career at Cincinnati Youth Collaborative, The Christ Hospital Foundation and The Healthcare Connection. Danielle has a B.A. and M.A. from the University of Cincinnati where she studied History.
Michael Golden, Executive Committee
Michael Golden is an Associate Developer with Pennrose. Michael’s responsibilities include applying and securing financing for projects, assisting with real estate closings, and supporting all aspects of the development process from project construction to lease up. Prior to joining Pennrose, Michael worked for Model Group and The Port of Greater Cincinnati. Michael has a Master’s degree in Community Planning from the University of Cincinnati and has a B.A. degree in Public Affairs from The Ohio State University. Michael is active with the Urban Land Institute and is a license real estate agent with Coldwell Banker.
Roseann Hassey, Executive Committee
Dr. Roseann Hassey is a Marketing professor at the University of Cincinnati, where her research focuses on branding, consumer attitudes and decision making, and consumer responses to brand failure. She is a Strategic Marketing expert with a 25-year record of creating, strengthening and building brands, and a passion for improved consumer understanding and brand engagement. Her work in brand management at Proctor & Gamble and Reebok helped her to refine her thinking regarding consumer-brand relationships, including how they form and evolve over time.
Tim O'Connell, Executive Committee
Tim is the Senior Vice President of Facilities and Operations for the Cincinnati Reds. Tim started his career in 1986 as the Director of Stadium Operations and has also served as the Assistant Vice President of Athletics for The University of Dayton. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science from The University of Dayton and is a Certified Facilities Executive.
Erin O'Grady, Executive Committee
Erin O'Grady is the Senior Director of Global People Mobility Services for Proctor & Gamble.
Kate Reed, Executive Committee
Kate is the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for American Modern Insurance Group. She started at American Modern in 2001 as Corporate Counsel and moved into her current role in 2012. Kate has a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) designation and holds a Juris Doctorate from The University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science from Ohio University.
Emily Rossetti Weaver, Executive Committee
Emily Rossetti Weaver is a Digital Experience Coordinator II at The Kroger Company. Emily started at Kroger in January 2018. Previously, Emily worked at Topic Design, a full-service marketing firm in downtown Cincinnati, as a social media & PR strategist and account manager. She began volunteering with KCB in 2014 as a member of the Public Awareness Committee. In May 2015, she co-founded the KCP Young Professionals Council.
Damany Abernathy
Damany Abernathy is the Executive Director of Solutions Engineering for CSG. He is impassioned in service work spending time with organizations such as Little Sisters of the Poor, Habitat For Humanity, Ronald McDonald House, Freestore Foodbank, CityLink, Keep Cincinnati Beautiful, etc.
David Castillo Gocher
David Castillo Gocher is Associate Counsel at Macy's. Prior to joining Macy's David was an Associate Attorney at Thompson Hine. His practice focused on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters, including governance, compliance with state and federal laws, and formation and operation. Prior to joining Thompson Hine, he practiced at an Am Law 200 firm where he worked as a corporate and labor employment associate. Further, he advised clients on various aspects of employment-based immigration, including immigrant and non-immigrant visas.
Kathleen Crawford
As a benefits consultant with Bailey & Company Benefits Group, Kathleen advises employers on all facets of their employee benefit program. Her focus has been on optimizing the benefits employers offer in support of recruitment and retention of employee talent. Kathleen is highly experienced with benefit strategy development, underwriting principles, benefit taxation issues, funding arrangements, plan design optimization, legislative compliance, customized health and wellness strategies, and technology that simplifies and enhances an employee benefit program. She is a 3-time participant in the Cincinnati Business Courier’s “Future of Healthcare” roundtable. Prior to joining Bailey & Company, Kathleen served as a Logistics Analyst in San Diego, California evaluating procedures and processes in support of the U.S. Navy’s aviation division. Her time spent working as an Analyst proved useful in cultivating her existing analytical and detail-driven qualities that are a crucial part of the employee benefits industry.
Dean Ferrier
Dean Ferrier is a Municipal/Public Sector Accounts Manager at Rumpke Waste & Recycling, where he is responsible for account management for all governmental contracted commercial waste and recycling services and municipality contracted residential services throughout SW Ohio and SE Indiana. Prior to joining Rumpke in 2010, Dean had a 15 year career in real estate sales in the residential and commercial sectors. Dean enjoys utilizing his experience and role at Rumpke to assist KCB with their overall mission. Dean also serves on the Board of Directors at the Colerain Chamber of Commerce.
Kate Fortlage
Kate Fortlage is Director of Portfolio Marketing at Bon Secours Mercy Health. She analyzes current business strategies for improvements, i.e. revisions to stage gate process & completing product launch cadence recommendations. Kate has 14 years of CPG marketing, innovation and management experience.
Seetharaman Kishor
Seetharaman Kishor is the Senior Vice President and Line of Business Chief Information Officer for the Consumer Bank, Enterprise Payments, and Wealth & Asset Management divisions at Fifth Third Bank. He is responsible for Information Technology strategy, execution and service management for these lines of businesses. Before moving into his current position, Kishor held various Technology leadership positions including Chief Architect, Divisional Information Officer and Enterprise Data Services at M&T, IBM, and Capital One.
Kyle Ludlow
Kyle Ludlow is a Real Estate Manager for Wingstop Restaurants, Inc. Kyle was born and raised in Cincinnati. Kyle has a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Cincinnati and has a B.A. degree in History from Ohio State University. Kyle is active with the UC Real Estate Center, Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers. He is also a member of the Mercantile Library and the Cincinnati Preservation Collective.
Lesley Schaefer Koth
Lesley Schaefer Koth is SVP & General Counsel for Al. Neyer, LLC, where she manages the company’s legal and risk management needs. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School and received her bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Accounting.
Veta Uddin
Veta Uddin is the Beatification Committee Chair of the Evanston Community Council. She organizes residents in community beautification projects, countless cleanup days, leads the way in establishing pollinator garden beds, and revitalizes Evanston Park by removing invasive species.
Alen Amini
Alen was born and raised in Cincinnati, and is currently a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). He was previously a high school math teacher and vice principal, and helped run his family’s rug business in Hyde Park. In his personal time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their maltipoo, Mia.
Bri Kramer, Senior Manager of Corporate Retail Operations Expense and Sustainability, The Kroger Co.
Bri leads Retail Operations Expense and Sustainability at The Kroger Co. In addition to being the company’s leader for all goods not for resale, Bri is also focused on bringing Kroger’s Zero Hunger | Zero Waste social and environmental impact plan to life to help eliminate hunger and waste across our communities. Prior to joining Kroger, Bri was a Senior Change Management and Learning Strategy Consultant at TiER1 Performance Solutions supporting Fortune 100 companies through enterprise transformations.
Dan Schimberg
Dan Schimberg is the President of Uptown Rental Properties, a firm he founded in 1985 to fill a niche in off-campus student housing at the University of Cincinnati. Starting with the rehab of one house, Uptown has grown to own and manage over 4,000 multifamily units and 200,000 SF of commercial space in the Greater Cincinnati area. Under Dan’s leadership, Uptown Rental Properties has renovated hundreds of structures and developed 2600 multi-family units from the ground-up in Cincinnati and Florida. Uptown Rental Properties is committed to providing a wide variety of housing choices catering to professionals, off-campus student housing as well as work force housing. Dan continues his volunteer service as a board member for the Cincinnati Art Museum, Keep Cincinnati Beautiful and Talbert House. A dedicated philanthropist, Dan has focused his efforts on health care, medical research and the underserved population of Cincinnati.
