Jonathan Adee (he/him)Executive Director
Jonathan, a 20-year veteran of the nonprofit sector, is a strong visionary leader whose focus is to continue the mission of KCB and to strengthen partnerships with numerous stakeholders across the region. Jonathan's focus as Executive Director is on strategy, development, working with the board of trustees, and managing KCB staff. -
Megan Beck (she/her)Volunteer Programs Director
Megan manages Volunteer Programming including the Great American Cleanup and Sponsored Events. She is responsible for organizing team-building cleanup events and for helping community groups plan and execute strategic Great American Cleanup events during the cleanup season. -
Emily Bottoni (she/her)Volunteer Projects Manager
Emily manages the Adopt-A-Spot program and community Great American Cleanup events, working closely with our partners to increase community engagement. She assists the Volunteer Programs Director in connecting neighborhoods with our Corporate Sponsored projects, administers the Hamilton County Tire Recycling Grant, and enjoys getting her hands dirty through collaborations with our Greenspace Program. -
Kirsten Brademeyer (she/her)Environmental Education Manager
Kirsten manages the Environmental Education program at Keep Cincinnati Beautiful; working to increase environmental literacy among the city's neighborhoods and fostering environmental stewardship across generations. -
Claire Bryson (she/her)Arts Program Co-Director
Claire manages the Arts Program including painting the barricaded facades of vacant buildings, designing and executing community murals, and constructing eco-art installations. She is responsible for supporting the program’s grants, strategic planning, statistical analysis, coordinating volunteers, and using creativity as a tool for community revitalization. -
Katie Davis (she/her)Arts Program Co-Director
Katie manages KCB’s Arts Program including painting the barricaded facades of vacant buildings, designing and executing community murals, and constructing eco-art installations. She is responsible for supporting the program’s grants, strategic planning, statistical analysis, coordinating volunteers, and using creativity as a tool for community revitalization. -
Sarah Mackenzie (she/her)Arts Project Manager
Sarah works closely with our Arts Program Co-Directors; painting the barricaded facades of vacant buildings, executing community murals, constructing eco-art installations, and using creativity as a tool for community revitalization. -
Samantha Shattuck (she/her)Development Manager
As the Development Manager of Keep Cincinnati Beautiful, Samantha is responsible for managing individual donor campaigns, grants and foundation relationships, and corporate sponsorships and partnerships. She also helps prepare and execute the cornerstone KCB events, including the Cincy Block Party, Breakfast of Champions, and the Love Thy 'Nati Celebration. In her free time, Samantha volunteers on a variety of issues, performs improv comedy, enjoys travel and spending time with her pup and family. -
Alistair Probst (he/him)Environmental Services & Greenspace Program Director
Alistair manages KCB's graffiti and illegal dumping abatement programs, Spaces-to-Places Greenspace Program, and the Sheriff's crews. He works with communities, other KCB staff, and government agencies to decrease blight in order to improve the overall quality of life for residents of Cincinnati.
