Jeff Harris, Board President
Jeff Harris, has been both a Vice President with Fidelity Investments (’95 -’16) and a Senior Manager with Deloitte Consulting (’85 -’95). His business career consists of leading a number of large operational functions along with directing and executing numerous strategic planning, operational improvement and business development activities. Since retirement, Jeff has been active member of several regional not-for-profits and also serves on a Xavier University Williams School of Business Advisory Board.

Jacklyn Bryson, Board Vice President
Jacklyn Bryson is the Director of Access and Reimbursement at Bristol Myers Squibb Company. She developed and implemented this role to support physician administered products in Oncology, Transplant and Rheumatology. Jacklyn started with a team of 12 and grew to 50 field Managers w 5 Directors supporting three major franchises of products within the company.

Courtney Reitman-Deinlein, Treasurer
Courtney Reitman-Deinlein is a director in the Private Wealth tax group of the Cincinnati tax practice and the Estate, Gift, Trust and Charitable Competency leader for the Central Region of Deloitte Tax. She has 17 years of experience providing income tax and wealth planning services to family business owners, family offices, and high net worth individuals

Geoff Leder is an Attorney at Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL. He attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2005 , graduating with a Doctor of Law.

Ted Fitz, At Large
Ted Fitz is the Vice President of Research and Development at the Gorilla Glue Company, where he is responsible for supporting global innovation and growth across the company’s entire brand portfolio. He graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering in 2000. After graduation he moved back to his hometown of Cincinnati to work for Procter & Gamble for 15 years, before joining Gorilla Glue in 2015.

Kari Armbruster
Kari Armbruster, Zero Hunger | Zero Waste Program Manager, joined Kroger in 2013 and was promoted to her current role in 2018. In her new role, she develops objectives, strategies, and metrics to support the company’s Zero Hunger | Zero Waste social impact plan. This includes working closely with key external stakeholders and partners, launching and managing projects to help achieve Kroger’s goal to end hunger in our communities, and eliminate waste across the company by 2025. Prior to working for Kroger, Kari spent time at Cincinnati city hall and was involved in many local political campaigns. She graduated from Xavier University and lives in Mt. Washington with her husband and three children.

Damany Abernathy is a Solutions Engineer with Vantiv, Inc. responsible for driving the technology evaluation stage, providing comprehensive solutions and detailing processing schematics. He is impassioned in service work spending time with organizations such as Little Sisters of the Poor, Habitat For Humanity, Ronald McDonald House, Freestore Foodbank, CityLink, Keep Cincinnati Beautiful, etc.
