Linda Holterhoff, Executive Director, 352-4382
Linda manages staff, maintains the organization's mission along with the Board of Trustees, oversees fund development and fund raising, attends to administrative duties, and forms strategic partnerships to further KCB's goals and objectives. She has a B.S. degree from Ohio State University. She began her career in litter prevention in 1981 as Clean Cincinnati's Education Program Manager. In 1988, as the Recycling Program Manager, she developed and implemented a citywide curbside recycling program for Cincinnati. In 1993, she returned as the Executive Director and instituted its name change to Keep Cincinnati Beautiful to more closely align the organization with Keep America Beautiful.

Barb Wriston-Ruddy, Education Program Manager, 352-4387
Barb conducts and manages the presentation of education programs and assemblies in Cincinnati area schools. She also sponsors and arranges field trips, coordinates environmental contests, and volunteer experiences for students. She will provide environmental education within the business community as requested. Barb holds a BSN from the University of Michigan. She lives in Wyoming with her husband and 3 daughters. She enjoys playing tennis, reading, and summers on Cape Cod.

Liz McEwan, Event Coordinator, 352-4384
Liz coordinates litter prevention efforts such as the Great American Cleanup, Make a Difference Day, and the "Just Desserts" Clean and Beautiful Awards. She is a Chicago native with a B. A. degree in Communication Arts from Judson College (now Judson University) in Elgin, IL. Liz has served as an AmeriCorps volunteer, teaching environmental education at the Imago Earth Center, a nonprofit urban ecology center in Price Hill. Liz is also a singer and songwriter supported by Cincinnati's Blue Jordan Records and she has a keen interest in fancy pens, wool socks, and Lawrence Welk.

Brooke Romaniw, Public Awareness & Volunteer Mgr, 352-4385
Brooke is responsible for the promotion of KCB's mission and programs. She does this by sending press releases; participating in promotional activities and other media relations; utilizing social media; and maintaining KCB's website.  She is also responsible for coordinating corporate and group volunteer projects. Brooke graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Electronic Media from The University of Cincinnati. She loves "TV on DVD", Fall, game nights, and pot luck dinners.

Jenna Hudson, Environmental Educator, 352-4383

Jenna spends part of her time greening Cincinnati by managing the Future Blooms Vacant Lot program. The other part of her time is spent coordinating the Sunny Delight "0 Waste Challenge" in three Cincinnati schools and bringing environmental education programs to students across Hamilton County. She graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Interior Design from the University of Cincinnati. While in school, she interned with architecture and design firms in Chicago and Cincinnati and studied architecture and sustainability for a quarter in Australia. Jenna enjoys reconnecting with nature whenever she can, good food with good friends, dancing, traveling, and exploring her new hometown, Cincinnati. 

Katie Ferncez, Future Blooms Program Manager, 352-4380

Katie is an installation artist working with the Future Blooms program to bring some color and art into the inner city of Cincinnati.  She completed her Bachelor's of Science degree in Interior Design at the University of Cincinnati in 2010 and has been volunteering and working with Keep Cincinnati Beautiful ever since.  In addition to painting barricaded doors and windows, her hobbies are antiquing and crafting with recycled objects.  Katie also loves to travel, but can never stand to be away from her favorite city, Cincinnati, for long!

Alicia Kravitz, Resource Manager, 352-4386

Alicia is responsible for overseeing the Hamilton County Sheriff Work Detail, our Tire Collection grant, the SuperCan program, Adopt-A-Spots, the Friends campaign, and Daffodils & Daylilies.  She completed her Masters and Bachelor of Science degrees in Architecture at the University of Cincinnati. Alicia has worked in Marketing and Architecture at GBBN Architects in Cincinnati and for SOM Architects in Chicago as an Architectural Intern.  She is interested in Architecture at the Urban level. For her Masters thesis project, she designed a transit hub and redevelopment plan for Broadway commons in downtown Cincinnati.

Marissa Burroughs, Education & Grant Program Mgr, 352-4388

Marissa takes an active role in organizing and implementing safe and clean initiatives in the Neighborhood Enhancement Program (NEP) areas and assists in the administration of the Safe & Clean Grant process. She also visits schools in the Cincinnati area to talk with students of all ages about landfills, carbon footprints, and Cincinnati's urban environment.She graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor's of Science in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati and is interested in pursuing further education in horticulture or environmental studies. She has completed internships at architecture firms in South Carolina and Arizona and also spent a quarter studying in the Southwest. Marissa enjoys recycling, crocheting plastic bags, and Findlay Market!

E. Claire Foy, Future Blooms Program Manager, 352-4380

Claire works as an installation artist on the Future Blooms program, which includes designing, painting and installing art on barricaded doors and windows. She completed her Masters of Architecture and Certificate of Museum Studies in 2010, and her Bachelors of Science in Architecture in 2008, at the University of Cincinnati. Her thesis focused on framing the everyday local environment as a way to reintegrate art into the general public. This work earned her an award for both Distinguished Thesis Design and Outstanding Service and Citizenship. Her work experience includes published architectural work for the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum while at Andre Kikoski Architect in New York and an installation internship at the Contemporary Arts Center in Cincinnati.
