Keep Cincinnati Beautiful (KCB) is a nonprofit 501(c) 3 organization focused on decreasing litter and blight, improving neighborhoods, educating children and adults about the environment, and cultivating community pride. The KCB mission is to educate and encourage individuals to take greater responsibility for their community environments. KCB’s education, revitalization and environmental initiatives build community and foster pride in the places where we live, work and play. The Keep Cincinnati Beautiful Executive Director is not a City of Cincinnati Employee.
KCB is currently seeking an executive director--a dynamic individual with strong strategic, leadership and fundraising skills. This person must be able to cultivate immediate and long term relationships and partnerships that sustain the viability of the organization and its ability to meet its mission. Internal responsibilities for this position are: fundraising, marketing, asset management, financial oversight and human resources. The executive director reports to and is accountable to the Board of Trustees.
The executive director is charged with hiring, evaluating, administering employee benefits and handling other personnel matters. He/She provides oversight for financial affairs of the organization, including budget approval, preparation of financial position statements, and ensures financial policies and procedures are followed. The executive director oversees the development and implementation of fundraising plans, including preparing and/or supervising foundation grants and corporate proposals.

KCB is currently seeking a Volunteer Programs Assistant to support the Volunteer Programs Manager and to support the overall operation of the organization. This is a paid, part-time, temporary position with the potential for permanent work depending on current staffing needs.
